This special session tries to provide a place for people to present their new research results to the state of the art or advance general knowledge and to discuss the related topics with broad interest. Contributors are encouraged to submit their papers to this special session including human factors theory, robotics, mechatronics, human-computer interaction, artificial intelligence, haptics, etc.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to

AI, behavioral and social sciences, biological control, computer science, design, health, and robotics.
