VISA Information

All visitors to China must have a passport which is valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay in China.
  • Overseas conference participants from visa required countries will need to apply for a visitor visa before travelling to China. For information on obtaining a visa, please visit: http://www.visaforchina.org/. Please allow at least two months’ time to have your visa processed by Immigration China or the applicable Chinese embassy or consulate in your country of residence.
  • Overseas conference participants from visa waiver countries do not need to apply for a visa before coming to China for a short visit. For a list of visa waiver countries, please consult or contact your nearest China embassy or consulate in your country of residence.
  • For questions regarding visa applications and related matters, please contact your nearest Chinese embassy.

Invitation Letter

Persons who have registered and paid the registration fee may request an Official Invitation Letter as the proof of registration. The request email should be sent to us at contact@indin2020.com for the letter. In the email, please indicate the Paper ID, paper title, name (as appearing in passport), affiliation, address, contact number, passport number, and email address.
If you do not have any paper but would like to attend the conference, you may also request by email the official invitation letter after you have completed registration and made payment. In the email, indicate your name (as appearing in passport), affiliation, address, contact number, passport number, and email address.
